OK..so the next topic that i am goin to talk about is about the World Wide Web.
Basically the technical definition of the World Wide Web is:
all the resources and users on the Internet that are using the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP).

Now,over seven Million people have access to the world wide web with more and more added every day.
There are so many things that we can find and do on the internet such as doing researches,advertising business,download music files,watching movies online and many more.
Just by a single click the mouse,everything will be on your fingertips.

The internet also has dramatically impacted the business world in the last few years and this trend will certainly continue well into the future. Many companies have discovered the advantages of having a presence on the internet and have successfully addressed corporate objectives by integrating their web site as part of their business strategy.

Ok so i thought of focusing more on writin about bussiness on this topic.
Nowadays,we can see that if one wants to set up a bussiness,he/she does not have to rent a shop and run his/her bussiness and wake up as early as 7 to start his/her bussiness everyday.
With the use of the internet,one can just make his own website and do his bussiness online.
There are many blogshops that you can find today. There is also E-BAY,a wide-known shopping online site.

Like any printed form of advertising, your web site can post your business services, hours, location, phone and e-mail for the public to view, but unlike the traditional advertising mediums, your web site can have instant communication with information about the bussiness you are doing. Waa.. so easy..
You can even goyang kaki kat rumah while your client just browse through your site and place their orders. Hahah.
Sometimes i even received a few emails from those who promote stuffs that they sell on Multiply.
And i found that diorang dapat galakan yang memberangsangkan lah. Banyak orang order.
Sampai i pun naik jealous.. Rasa macam nak join juga bukak bussiness online.
Macam best kan? Hehe.. You just need to have the stuffs yang nak dijual tu yang menarik punya lah..and you have to develop lines of communication that promote contact with potential clients and organizations. Kena smart bina networks. For a start,promote kat kawan-kawan or makcik-makcik sendiri dulu aje lah ye.. after that kembangkan to may others..

Anyway,by doing it online,your customers can have access to business information and services that may not be available any other way. Your clients can be from anywhere in the world and shop in your store like never before and from the comfort of their own home.
Tu maybe kalau bagi yang malas nak keluar bersesak-sesak kat shopping mall lah. Hehe.
And.......A web site also does not have to make money to be considered a successful endeavor, but it does not hurt to generate some type of income. Your web site can provide your customers with the tools needed to locate the exact product that they are looking for and the forms needed to purchase any item or service online. This can occur automatically without draining human resources 24 hours a day. As i mentioned earlier,kita tinggal duduk rumah aje goyang kaki tunggu customer order barang kitorang. Cool right?
I like.. :)
Tapi tak ada lah sampai goyang kaki sangat.. coz after that we have to send the ordered items to the customers. Be it by post or meet up personally and hand the things over.

The only disadvantage about this whole online shopping is that..if you are unlucky enough,maybe some people can tipu you by saying that they will give you your purchase but after that they run with your money but never give you your purchased items as promised. It happens...

I even thought of having my own online shop..
Tapi yang i punya baik ah.. i will never cheat my customers.

Culture and globalization are two different concepts. The word 'culture' originated from the Latin word, 'cultura', meaning 'to cultivate'. Culture is a way of life adopted by a certain group of people of a particular society at a specific time and place. While the second term, globalization, is an economic interaction between more than two countries. It shows global context than a limited interest of a country.

Every society has its own culture and way of life. Culture is established by a group of people who live together and adhere to some principles in their society. In a broader sense, culture is a phenomenon of inheritance, unconsciously adopted by a person who is born within that group. When a culture newly is introduced to the globalization, people find it detrimental to their way of life. Such as they scared some inconsiderable concepts of other culture might take the place of their culture.

The foremost effect of globalization on the world is 'Westernization'. It is a modern concept that has been developing in the past few decades because of the impacts of western expansion and colonization. Westernization is a process, in which people practice or imitate western customs, lifestyle and ideas. Here, we find globalization spreading its roots all across the world to make communication easier.

Ok so this is my blog for GB and this wud be my first post here.

Allright.. what am i going to talk here?
We were asked to write about something that has got to do with GLOBALIZATION.
Whoa..I don't have any ideas as what to write here but i think i will just write what is in my mind right now. =)

Last week when i was hanging around with my friends at Orchard,i saw a lady standing outside the shopping mall. She wears legging and a neon-pink shirt. And then..there.. A BIG question mark appears in my mind.
Wow! I said to myself.
What caught my attention was not her bright-coloured shirt as to where she bought that shirt and stuffs BUT for the very fact that she puts on the legging WITH a tudung on her head.
And a question came into my mind.
Do the globalized world has now enabled the muslim women to wear any clothings as long as it does not show their flesh?
Yeah.. nowadays,many teenagers who wear tudung also da pandai nak fashion2 and bergaya but i think they must know the batas if they want to dress up and stuffs.
Macam that lady tadi yang pakai legging tu, I know lah yang teenagers sekarang banyak yang da pakai leggings sekarang. Follow trends katakan.. To be frank,i don't really mind seeing other people wearing those leggings but if you pakai that legging with tudung on your head,rasa macam ada tak kena gitu right?
Macam dah tersalah concept gitu. Tak match lah dengan apa yang our religion da practise.
As you know,legging kan betul2 hug your kaki punya shape. Or kalau ikut budak2 sekarang punya lingo~'ketat gilerr!!'
And sumore,legging is more tight and show the curves of your leg than the 'skinny jeans'.
When they were asked about the issue,some would say "Kan dah modern..dunia pun dah globalized".
Typical answer. Hehs.

Another issue about tudung is that when you want to search for jobs,some place don't want to accept you just because you are wearing the tudung. They will only give you the job,provided that the tudung must be taken off. This has been an issue since the past decades.
The problems that are faced by tudung girls/ladies.

And pardon me if i used a bit of malay language in my post. Rojak sikit. Hehe.
